Images in…now just the printing….wondering if best to do one large one at life size which I know no on e will buy because it will be too big or two smaller ones but will not have the same effect?
Aidy how do you get your images up on the blog…do you do this through your website? Is there an easy way?

Finally got round to shooting my WOOD shots…
its been a fairly ‘full on’ process but I think I got something here. Shot it on 5x4 film to but have ]nt seen that so I hope I loaded the film the right way….its been 8 years… I really wanted to put the aerial in but felt I should shoot something new.

Hi Shannon
if you want to show images but not put on the blog you can just email.
Thanks
Adair
Luke, I know its a tough one as you dont want to do something that is generic and typical for the idea of wood. I love both your ideas with the tress in NY and also the beautiful weathered shack.
Also if you are out and about in the US I thought really great idea is to photograph the timber shell of a house in an urban sprawl one after the other but Im not sure if that sort of thing exists.
My concept is similar to what you showed with the details of the wood. I went to timber yards and photographed a whole lot of stacks of wood approaching them as I would shoot a building and I found some really interesting stuff. But in the end it just became about pattern and man made markings on the natural material, showing that juxtaposition.
I dont like how you have to upload an image to show it on tumbler…is there an easier way so I can show you an image?
Advice anyone?
Shannon

Hi Luke,
I like the fake-wood objects idea. The old wood sided car is very US. Plus you know I like cars :)
Good luck!
